Our Alma Yard scheme for TLS in South East London has gained planning consent at committee. The proposals will deliver 6 new apartments and a standalone SME commercial space along with a large community woodland sanctuary. The buildings are a contemporary reading of their surroundings featuring butterfly roofs accentuated by sloping top storey brickwork, and double height arched entrances with inset splayed brick lintels.

It’s exciting to see the FAB House on the factory floor at the impressive SIG factory. Urban Splash commissioned us in collaboration with George Clarke to design an exemplar MMC pre-fabricated house type.
